Mimi Sela | Board Member

Ms. Sela is a visionary business strategist. She serves as Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Investments at the Landa Corporation, as the CEO of Landa Ventures – Landa’s investment arm, and as the Managing Director of the Landa Fund – its philanthropic arm. Prior to assuming these positions, Ms. Sela served a six-year term as Corporate Vice President Strategic Alliances at Indigo, responsible for the company’s alliances strategy which culminated in its acquisition by HP. Prior to that, she served as Founder and CEO at MS Communications, a leading public relations company specializing in strategic business consulting for top-tier global businesses.

Jonathan Alexis Weinberg Pinto | Board Member

Mr. Weinberg Pinto is an experienced business consolidator that has led strategic collaborations in different sectors. Product Marketing Director – Israel

Location:  Israel

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the GenCell business plan for the full range of commercially released products.  Production of an agreed and measurable go-to-market plan for each product range by region and country level. Establishment of a set of KPIs to regularly measure and report on marketing activity analysis against budget to demonstrate what is working and what is not, with formulated recovery plans for gap analysis  identified areas.
  • Develops product positioning and messaging that differentiates GenCell products in the market for each vertical and sector with clearly identified USP’s  and market levers.  Needs to be able to setup an up-to-date positioning document and buyer persona for GenCell’s products to ensure targeting at a Marketing and Sales level is achievable.
  • Market intelligence: Serves as the go-to reference expert on GenCell customers, how they buy and their buying criteria;   Knows who are the key analysts and market influencers are and how to position our products in the market.
  • Product definition: Works with R&D, Engineering and Sales to create the product road map to ensure all areas of Sales and Marketing are covered before the product solution is passed to the commercial area. Such as documentation, product certification needs by region, branding, sales and marketing tools.
  • Sales enablement/product training: Communicates the value proposition of the product to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the product.  Ensures sales, partners, and others can successfully promote the product with accurate and up-to-date sales/marketing  tools.
  • Gathers feedback from the field/market opinion leaders and provides regular updates.
  • Product launch: Plans the launch and manages the cross-functional implementation of the plan, interacting with R&D, Production, Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience (strong preference to previous experience from an energy sector company)
  • Marketing experience including marcom
  • Electrical Engineering degree (an advantage)
  • Very strong written communication skills, including mother tongue level English

Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for the expansion and delivery of new market sales penetration and identifying new opportunities for G5 sales and distribution development on the West Coast of the US market: core verticals: telecom, mission critical (first responders, data centers, hospitals) and niche industrial markets
  • Delivering a robust tactical plan to achieve the given strategic business plan in line with company growth targets and objectives.
