Mimi Sela | Board Member

Ms. Sela is a visionary business strategist. She serves as Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Investments at the Landa Corporation, as the CEO of Landa Ventures – Landa’s investment arm, and as the Managing Director of the Landa Fund – its philanthropic arm. Prior to assuming these positions, Ms. Sela served a six-year term as Corporate Vice President Strategic Alliances at Indigo, responsible for the company’s alliances strategy which culminated in its acquisition by HP. Sales Managers for G5 product

Location:  East Coast or West Coast (2 positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the expansion and delivery of new market sales penetration and identifying new opportunities for G5 sales and distribution development in the West Coast and East Coast (2 positions) of the US market: core verticals: telecom, mission critical (first responders, data centers, hospitals) and niche industrial markets
  • Delivering a robust tactical plan to achieve the given strategic business plan in line with company growth targets and objectives.
  • Establishing the Company and its product positioning in the market via Direct Sales and Distribution Development and Management via Distributor Appointments.
  • Managing operations to deliver company KPIs for the region, Sales volumes, Profitability and Distributor network development to include: appointment, coaching, mentoring, business planning and review, Sales volumes.
  • Full accountability for effective planning, implementation and management of sales plans, managing all aspects of business operations for your region

Product Marketing Manager

Location:  Israel

Responsibilities:

  • Product definition – work with R&D and Engineering to create the product road map
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on GenCell customers for this product, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to crush them
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates GenCell products in the market
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the product

The work of and Import and Export Coordinator includes interfacing with customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping, freight forwarders, and clients.

We are looking for a responsible Quality Inspector to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as production procedures. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed.   • Conducting visual, functional and dimensional inspections for in-process production
  • Conducting internal and supplier First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • Conducting acceptance testing plan for materials, products and complexes based on drawings, specs and datasheets
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database
  • Reporting discrepancies that were seen during inspections
  • Documenting and monitoring quality logs from procurement and from the production floor
  • Participating in failure investigations conducted by the Material Review Board (MRB)
  • Basic data analysis to identify trends and gaps

Qualifications

  • Background in plastic/material engineering
  • Proven experience in mechanical measurements, measuring tools and visual inspection
