Marketing Demand Generation Specialist
We are looking for a data-driven yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for demand generation and with experience in executing performance-oriented B2B lead generation programs globally. The position involves working in multiple marketing areas, such as demand-gen, development of growth strategies, digital marketing ops, automation strategy and execution, inbound, outbound, paid PPC campaigns, ABM, marketing analytics and more.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute ABM, demand-generation, paid campaigns and automated marketing ops to reach inbound and outbound sales opportunities in B2B companies
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs such as number of MQLs, target account engagement, meetings booked, SQLs, opportunities, and ROI
- Work closely with our sales team in order to optimize the lead sales cycle and build a lead scoring system in sync with the sales team
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources including working with freelancers or agencies
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a marketing, demand role at a B2B tech company
- A good understanding of persona mapping, lead scoring, marketing and sales alignment, campaign optimization and pipeline measurement
- Experience working with platforms like Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communications skills and fluent English
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
