This position is a full time employment under a NA contract – directly or indirectly.

The position will be based in NA and reports to GenCells’s Sales Director NA.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales leadership for existing and new accounts, focusing on Oil & Gas, Utility and telecom segments and other relevant ones
  • High aptitude in electrical engineering
  • Ability to take a highly technical solution and translated it to customer at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to open new market segments by leveraging existing contacts and knowledge of the industries.
  • Provide presentations with technical and commercial expressiveness and filter the “perfect customer”
  • Delivering a robust tactical plan to execute on the company’s business plan in line with growth targets and objectives.
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Expand the company’s regional customer base, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Owning, meeting and exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory, segment or accounts.
  • Recruit and manage representatives and distributors.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations & proposals.
