Sales Manager (EMEA and Asia)

GenCell is seeking a Sales Manager (EMEA and Asia) for its line of fuel cell solutions. The position is based in Israel and reports to the VP  Global Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base in EMEA and Asia
  • Identifying new sales opportunities in telecom, mission-critical (first responders, data centers, hospitals) and niche industrial markets
  • Successfully meeting sales targets through direct and indirect sales
  • Owning all sales and pre-sales activities
  • Recruiting new distributors and system integrators
  • Providing full accountability for business operations in EMEA and Asia
Requirements:
  • At least 4-6 years’ experience in B2B technology sales in EMEA and Asia
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong business contacts in EMEA and Asia at CXO level
  • Work experience in the following sectors: telecom, energy/power/UPS/solar energy, renewables, diesel generator manufacturers/resellers, batteries, etc.
  • Self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality
  • Willingness to travel frequently (twice a month)
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Work experience at a start-up company (advantage)
